Fish Bowl

 This is my final project for term 3. I was inspired by the concept of infographics. It is the first couple of weeks that I have used After Effects, and absolutely love the program. There are still plenty of practices that I need to do, but it was definitely a enjoyable project.

This is the drawing I did for term 3. It took five hours to complete. It was quite a tedious piece to finish.

This is the drawing I did for the first semester. Took me eight hours to complete. The grid is a very helpful tool for any detailed drawing.

LatinHouse Mash Up

This is a school assignment for the digital design class.

3 days, 24 hours, 2 video footage, 4 tracks, 3 audio samplings later, I have completed my first mash up.

Interactive Design

Tangible Interaction
Last week I found out there was a presentation on interactive design at the digital design campus. There were three speakers for the event. First speaker was a DD graduate. He created an app for ipad that runs on flash. After 500 hours of work, the team is still tweaking the project. The second speaker was a current student at the DD program, she is doing her final project on programming the bouncing dot that matches the intensity of the music, while the brush strokes that flows the movement of the user's mouth path. The last speaker is the owner of this fantastic company called Tangible interaction. It is a relatively new company, which is only four years-old. It has done numerous projects that has made incredible impact in the design community and also enhanced the user's experience. Each project is mind-blowing with amazing ideas, it has definitely triggers my love for digital/ interactive design.

I have started using Aesop about two years ago, it is the most amazing product that i have ever used, because all of its ingredients are all natural, and with essential oil. Nonetheless, what strikes me the most is that Aesop has the most raw, authentic, and inspirational store design of any cosmetic brand i have seen.

T-Shirt Design

For this project, the process started by drawing the design of the t-shirt by hand, and I scanning it, then coloring it by using Indesign. Next, I used photoshop to put the background, the model and the company name together. The challenging part of this project was hand drawing the design, it took about three or four sketches, until it becomes the final sketch.
